The project consisted of two stages. The first one was about replacing the exisitng Siemens OP20 operator panels which communicated with Siemens S5 controllers with Proface panel computers and developing five local and one central visualizations in InduSoft Web Studio software. The second stage included developing the reporting system which in the form of tables and diagrams was to present the average values and deviations of process parameters enabling a technology production analysis. Total number of variables for the licenses bought amounted to 20 500 tags.
