PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project consisted in a delivery of a press for forming aluminum flanges for an automotive industry. The machine was a new – design, constructed by specialists from Induart Group. The device is composed of a feeding hopper, conveyor with a product’s correct position system, an industrial robot, two presses and a receiving conveyor along with a vision system which enables the supervision over the key parameters of the elements produced. Every element undergoes preliminary pressing – first press, and then a final pressing  with a second press. Solutions applied let to achieve a manufacturing cycle time amounting to 7 seconds.
