The project was aimed at changing the control and visualization platform for a packing machine which placed a tea into aluminum cans. The control process was transferred from the existing Mitsubishi platform to the new one - Mitsubishi iQ series. The equipment work is controlled by the encoder mounted on the main shaft of the machine. Its signal is used in a controller to execute the software cams , which enable to supervise particular machine actuators, within the operation cycle.
