The project consisted in carrying out the electrical installation and control for palletizing system based on three Fanuc robots. For this installation following elements were used: distributed systems produced by SEW – Movfit drives, CPX valve terminals produced by Festo, remote I/O PDP67 produced by Pilz. Transportation of the empty and full/loaded pallets was conducted using roller conveyors and trolleys. Three robots were programmed to pick and palletize the products from six lines at the same time. Control system ensured the opportunity to monitor full/loaded pallets which allowed for an automatic labelling function.
